Detailed description
DJI Zenmuse X7 is a Super 35 camera with a DL mount for the Inspire 2 platform.
DJI Inspire 2 Camera (Zenmuse X7)
X7 provides interchangeable lenses and a recording workflow designed for filmmaking. It is relevant when aerial footage must match material from professional ground cameras. Lens choice changes perspective and balancing requirements, while recording formats depend on the complete system configuration.

Choosing the configuration
This item is the Zenmuse X7 camera for Inspire 2 rather than a complete drone kit. Confirm lens, CINESSD and required licence inclusion. A 6K RAW capability does not mean that this format records to any media without the appropriate licence.
Start setup planning with the format required by your editing workflow, then check the lens, licence and recording media together.
Getting more from this model
Choose Zenmuse X7 as part of an integrated production system, rather than as a standalone handheld camera. Its Super 35 sensor and compatible DL lenses support control over perspective and image character. Compare focal length, recording media and the format required by editing before buying. 6K CinemaDNG involves large files and the necessary recording infrastructure. A test from capture through editor import can uncover incompatibilities before the production day. When selecting a lens, consider working distance and field of view as well as aperture.
Frequently asked questions
Is this a complete drone?
No. This listing is for a Zenmuse X7 camera for a compatible platform; Inspire 2 inclusion is not implied.
Are a lens and licences included?
The camera name does not establish this. Confirm each system component separately before comparing prices.
Is 6K available in every mode?
No. Resolution and frame rate depend on the codec and recording configuration. CinemaDNG and ProRes have different requirements that must match the production workflow.
