Recording the whole scene lets you choose viewing direction and aspect ratio afterwards. Osmo 360 suits tours, travel and moving scenes where framing is difficult to predict. Export a selected perspective for a conventional clip or retain the panorama for an immersive project.

Choosing the configuration
8K refers to the complete panorama; a reframed flat shot has a different effective resolution. Exposed lenses need careful transport and cleaning. For Adventure Combo, check batteries, charging equipment and the extension rod, which affect the practical shooting setup.
Adventure Combo is the option for additional shooting accessories and battery rotation. Check the contents, charging arrangement and mounts before choosing. The Adventure label does not change camera recording resolution.
Before an important session, test recording format, stabilisation, available storage and sound with a short sample. Copy footage before deleting files or formatting storage.
Getting more from this model
Osmo 360 is useful for trips, tours and action when the interesting direction changes during recording. Rather than continuously turning the camera by hand, capture the surroundings and choose the view later. Reframing can produce phone and widescreen versions from one recording. For cleaner stitching, avoid placing objects excessively close to the boundary between lenses and keep both optical surfaces clean. Panorama processing and exporting require time and storage. Plan a short sequence of viewing directions so the finished clip remains clear to the viewer.

What needs special care during transport?
The protruding lenses. Contact with a hard surface can damage an area visible across many views, so protect the optics between takes.
