Detailed description
Caddx Polar Vista Camera is a replacement camera for a compatible Polar/Vista digital FPV system.
Selection and use
A camera listing should not be confused with a complete Vista kit. Check the installed video unit, coaxial cable and camera mounting before ordering.
Configuration and compatibility
Match the camera, video transmitter and goggles to the same supported video system. Analog, DJI O3/O4 and Vista are not interchangeable labels. Installation requires checking power, connectors, cooling space and antenna mounting. Confirm which modules, cables and antennas this offer includes.
Selection and installation details
This item suits replacement of a Polar camera in an existing Vista system after checking the remaining components. Diagnosis should distinguish the camera from a damaged coaxial cable or transmission unit. Route the cable without excessive bending and check propeller clearance. Confirm whether the lens, cable and screws are supplied: the camera name does not establish a complete video kit or a Polar Nano version.
Questions before buying
Is the picture in the goggles identical to the recorded file? Not necessarily. The pilot’s live feed and onboard recording have their own resolution and settings. Check live-view modes, recording capabilities and file storage separately for the chosen video configuration.
What affects video-link stability? Antenna placement and condition, power, cooling and the radio environment all matter. Check cable routing and propeller clearance during installation. Follow a ground test with a controlled check of the complete system installed on the aircraft.
