DJI RC Pro is a controller with an integrated screen for compatible DJI aircraft, aimed at users who want a dedicated filming device. It combines the flight interface and physical controls, fitting a working kit prepared independently of a personal phone.
Choosing your setup
Compared with using a phone as the display, a dedicated controller keeps piloting and monitoring tools together. It suits photo and video projects with a repeatable preparation process. Establish your connection and viewing requirements beforehand; the Pro name does not automatically guarantee support for every application, display or accessory.
Compatibility and preparation
DJI RC Pro is associated with generations such as Mavic 3 and Air 2S; verify the exact aircraft and firmware support. Do not confuse it with DJI RC Pro 2 or the enterprise DJI RC Plus. These are different products, and compatibility does not transfer between them.
Practical use
Before first use, charge the controller, check its software and link it to the correct aircraft. Confirm stick and button response, the live image and app status messages before take-off. Recheck the connection procedure when changing aircraft: a similar case or product name does not establish electronic compatibility.
This is a previously used unit. Request current photographs and details of the screen, antennas, ports, controls and built-in battery. Check which sticks, cables and other accessories accompany this particular unit. Cosmetic wear, operating time and warranty are assessed individually; the Used label does not establish its technical condition. For a replacement controller, also confirm that it can be properly linked to the aircraft and the user account.
When replacing a unit, have a photograph of the previous controller’s label and the full aircraft model ready. Check frequently used filming controls as well as power-up and menu display; those alone do not establish a suitable working setup.
