Detailed description
DJI Mini 4 Pro offers 4K/60fps HDR recording, true vertical shooting and omnidirectional obstacle sensing.
DJI Mini 4 Pro (Fly More Combo)
For travel and content production, Mini 4 Pro pairs a compact camera with ActiveTrack 360° subject following. The camera rotates for portrait footage rather than cropping a landscape recording. The 10-bit D-Log M profile is useful for colour grading and matching footage from other cameras.
Features and use
- 1/1.3-inch CMOS sensor
- 4K/60fps HDR and 4K/100fps Slow Motion
- Up to 48MP photos
- Three-axis mechanical gimbal
- Up to 34 minutes with the standard battery in DJI tests
Choosing the configuration
Sensors assist the pilot, but fine branches, lighting and speed can limit detection. Choose the bundle by its controller and batteries. DJI RC 2 has a built-in screen, while RC-N2 uses a phone; the older DJI RC is not interchangeable with RC 2.
Fly More Combo suits trips involving repeated takes and organised charging between flights. Compare battery type and quantity, hub and bag against the actual offer contents.
Maximum endurance is measured under controlled conditions. Wind, temperature, settings, payload and battery condition affect results; keep a reserve for returning and landing.
The offer specifies three batteries. They enable repeat sessions after landing and swapping without changing camera performance. Keep charged and used packs separate so the next mission starts with the intended energy reserve.
Getting more from this model
Mini 4 Pro suits creators delivering to several platforms. Capture the main takes in the intended camera orientation and reserve 4K/100fps for moments that you plan to slow down. ActiveTrack 360° can change the camera position around a subject, but an open route is more predictable than a cluttered space. D-Log M expects an editing step: check exposure and your chosen colour transform in a test clip. Before repeating a take, make sure the subject remains distinguishable from the background and the route has not gained new obstacles.
Frequently asked questions
Is 200fps a 4K mode?
No. 4K slow motion reaches 100fps; the 200fps figure refers to Full HD.
Does Fly More improve image quality?
The sensor and lens remain the same. Extra batteries and accessories help organize multiple flights during a filming session.
Can I use an older DJI RC?
DJI RC and DJI RC 2 are different controllers. Choose from the official Mini 4 Pro compatibility list; similar naming does not establish compatibility.
