DJI Mavic 3 Pro (ND Filter Set)
This Mavic 3 Pro ND Filter Set does not state densities in its title. The three-camera system needs a mount for the full assembly; confirm the densities and manufacturer before comparing it with a standard Mavic 3 set.
Use and selection
An ND filter reduces the light reaching the sensor so that a longer shutter time can be selected in bright conditions. In video this helps control motion rendering; in photography it can enable long-exposure effects. It does not increase camera resolution or replace correct exposure settings.
Compatibility and version
Choose density according to the light, ISO and intended shutter time. An unnecessarily dark filter can force higher ISO or underexpose the image. The mount must fit the exact camera and leave the gimbal free to move; a drone family name does not establish compatibility with every camera in that family.
Questions before purchase
Is ND the same as polarisation? No: light reduction and reflection control serve different purposes, so check separately for a polarising function. Should ND stay on the lens permanently? No: low light may call for removing it. Clean the optical surface carefully and store it in a case that prevents scratches.
