Detailed description
DJI RC 2 RM331 is a DJI controller with an integrated screen, for compatible aircraft from a different generation to DJI RC RM330. It combines flight controls, the camera feed and DJI Fly without using a phone as the flight display.
Choosing your setup
It suits users who prefer a dedicated display and a consistent setup between shoots. There is no phone to mount and connect each time, leaving it available separately. For travel, still plan controller charging and protect the antennas and sticks in your bag.
Compatibility and preparation
DJI’s list includes Mini 4 Pro, Air 3, Air 3S and Neo; check current documentation and firmware for other aircraft. RC 2 is not a universal replacement for RC, RC Pro or FPV controllers. The RM331 marking helps identify the correct device when ordering.
Practical use
Before first use, charge the controller, check its software and link it to the correct aircraft. Confirm stick and button response, the live image and app status messages before take-off. Recheck the connection procedure when changing aircraft: a similar case or product name does not establish electronic compatibility.
Choose a controller around the aircraft, transmission system and application, rather than an advertised maximum range. For repeated filming sessions, accessible controls, a readable live view and prepared power supplies matter. Configure camera settings and button functions before travelling so you can concentrate on framing and flight monitoring on location.
When replacing a unit, have a photograph of the previous controller’s label and the full aircraft model ready. Check frequently used filming controls as well as power-up and menu display; those alone do not establish a suitable working setup.
When ordering from DronExpert in Moldova, quote the product code and the equipment you intend to use. Availability, exact package contents and purchase terms should be checked for the selected version.
