Gimbal pitch motor for DJI Air 2S. The pitch motor drives the axis that tilts the camera up and down to set the vertical shooting angle.
Choosing the part
Identify the part by its pitch axis, assembly shape and electrical connection. Compare it with the removed motor, including the mounting positions. The model is DJI Air 2S, sometimes listed as Mavic Air 2S. DJI Mavic Air 2 requires a separate compatibility check. Confirm that the P Motor designation matches the pitch axis on your assembly.
Installation and checks
Tilt faults also call for inspection of the cable, frame and possible mechanical obstructions. Test camera travel after installation; calibration may be needed depending on the repair.
Questions before buying
How do I distinguish the gimbal motors? Identify the affected axis and compare the removed motor. Yaw turns the camera left and right, pitch tilts it up and down, and roll corrects sideways tilt. These names refer to different components, not interchangeable versions.
Will replacement automatically clear a gimbal error? No. A damaged flex cable, obstructed axis or bent mount can cause similar symptoms. Following diagnosis and fitting, check startup, movement range and camera position, then follow the procedures required by the particular assembly.
