How your data is used in the DronExpert shop and tools.
Orders and enquiries
When you submit an order, we receive your name, phone number, items and quantities, collection method and, if supplied, email, address and comment. Order data is stored in the shop’s system and synchronised through Google Apps Script to Google Sheets to manage enquiries.
Authorisation and flight documents
Form fields are used in your browser to prepare the PDFs you request. You review, sign and submit documents yourself; generating a PDF does not send an application to public authorities.
360° photo tool
Image processing and export take place in the browser. The tool may download libraries and styles from jsDelivr, creating an external request with technical connection data.
External services
Hostinger hosts this website. When enabled in the shop settings, Jivo loads automatically and shares at least your IP address and technical browser data. The Google Maps map embedded on the home page connects to Google when it loads. Do not send IDNP or identity documents through chat.
Browser storage
The shop uses localStorage for the cart, product comparison, language and currency. These settings do not contain PDF form fields. Clearing site data resets your preferences and cart.
